Completed degree in (business) computer science or a STEM field (University/FH/HF)
3+ years of professional experience in technical application management or a comparable environment (including study-related experience)
Experience in operating and further developing complex business applications (e.g. ERP, CRM, ECM)
Good knowledge of databases and interfaces (e.g. Oracle, SQL, MySQL)
First experiences with agile working methods desirable
You exercise ownership, decide proactively, actively shape the scope of action and take responsibility for your results
You bring a willingness to innovate and are always solution-oriented and quality-conscious
You live cohesion and an open feedback culture, in which you achieve ambitious goals together with your team
Very good German skills (understanding Swiss German) as well as good English skills
