Description

Vos missions Tu ne seras pas là pour « faire de l'administratif ». Tu seras le point de coordination entre le dirigeant, l'atelier, les chantiers et les clients. Concrètement, tes missions :

Structurer et organiser le quotidien du dirigeant (agenda, priorités, suivi des décisions)
Suivre les projets clients de A à Z — de la demande initiale à la livraison
Gérer les devis, les relances commerciales et les dossiers clients
Assurer le suivi administratif et financier (facturation, rapprochements, liaison comptabilité)
Fluidifier la communication entre les équipes atelier et chantier
Contribuer à la mise en place et à l'optimisation de nos outils digitaux (Monday, CRM, IA)

Responsabilités

Structure and organize the daily routine of the manager (agenda, priorities, follow-up on decisions)
Follow client projects from A to Z — from the initial request to delivery
Manage quotes, commercial follow-ups, and client files
Ensure administrative and financial follow-up (invoicing, reconciliations, accounting liaison)
Facilitate communication between workshop and site teams
Contribute to the implementation and optimization of our digital tools (Monday, CRM, AI)

Exigences

You are ultra organized, rigorous, and autonomous
You know how to prioritize without being told what to do
You like things to be clear, structured, and efficient
You are comfortable with digital tools (Monday, CRM, AI, office suite)
You have strong writing skills in French
You are looking for a useful, concrete role with impact
Bonus appreciated: experience in SMEs, in construction, architecture, or a custom/artisanal environment
