How you can make an impact Coordinate our global tax compliance services including liaising directly with clients and Deloitte offices worldwide. Review and sign US individual income tax returns for US resident and nonresident taxpayers, including Forms 1040, 114, 8938, 1116, 2555, 8858, and other forms specific to US residents with activities outside the United States. Review and sign tax reconciliations and tax equalization calculations and lead various other tasks related to the successful delivery of Global Mobility programs for our clients. Oversee the completion of tasks and quality of the work done by junior members of the team. Interpret and implement International Assignment Policies and ensure consistent global tax treatment of various assignment compensation items and allowances. Advise our clients on the tax and social security implications related to various global employment issues including tax residency, avoidance of double taxation and the taxation of complex compensation such as severance payments, long term and short-term incentive income.
