**Your key responsibilities**
* Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading the service team at Paradiso Mountain Club, you will help oversee the daily operations of one of St. Moritz-s most distinctive mountain dining destinations.
* You will coordinate daily restaurant operations both in the lounge and in the club, ensuring outstanding service and smooth operational performance.
* Creating memorable guest experiences through warm hospitality, personalised service and attention to detail will be at the heart of your role.
* Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, kitchen and service teams, you will help maintain the highest standards of food and beverage presentation and service delivery.
* You will support the recruitment, training and development of the service team, fostering engagement, strong performance and consistent service excellence.
* Close collaboration with the Events team and other hotel departments will ensure the successful delivery of private functions, special occasions and events at Paradiso Mountain Club.
* Supporting the Restaurant Manager with operational reporting, cost control, budgeting and forecasting will contribute to the continued success of the outlet.
**What you bring to the job**
* Proven management experience ideally gained in a fast-paced environment with the highest service standards.
* A confident, polished and service-oriented personality, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and creating personalised guest experiences of the highest standard.
* Strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in a dynamic, fast-paced mountain environment.
* A hands-on approach, flexibility and the ability to work closely with the Restaurant Manager and the wider operational team.
* Fluency in English is essential. Either German or Italian is also required.
