HAUPTAUFGABEN

Verantwortlich für die Durchführung einer Vielzahl von routinemäßigen und nicht routinemäßigen Anlage-/Labor-arbeiten in einer Anlage welche als Reinraumklasse D eingestuft ist. Praxisfokus: Eigenständige Bedienung, Steuerung und Reinigung von Prozessanlagen und Equipment (z.B. Chromatografieanlagen, Ultra-/Diafiltrationssysteme, mobile Kessel und andere Prozessanlagen). Durchführung von kleineren Methodenanpassungen, manuelle Operationen wie Säulenanschluss und das Einspülen von Puffer Dokumentationswesen: Dokumentationswesen bzw. gute Dokumentationspraxis (GDP): Dokumentation/Kontrolle von Ergebnissen, Erstellung/Überarbeitung von Batchdokumentation und Standardarbeitsanweisungen Prozessumsetzung: Flexibler Aufbau und bedarfsgerechte Anpassung von Prozessanlagen/-aufbauten nach Vorgabe und in enger Abstimmung mit Vorgesetzten. Eigenständige Durchführung von Versuchen und Überwachung des Prozessverlaufs, der bei Bedarf eingreifen erfordert Durchführung und Organisation von Kalibrierungen und Instandhaltungen sowie deren Bearbeitung in SAP. Durchführung von analytischen Messungen Zubereitung von Pufferlösungen und Packen von Chromatografiesäulen Unterstützung und Einarbeitung weniger erfahrener Mitarbeitender.

Responsibilities

Conduct a variety of routine and non-routine facility/laboratory work in a cleanroom classified as D.
Operate, control, and clean process equipment independently.
Perform smaller method adjustments and manual operations.
Document results and create/revise batch documentation and standard operating procedures.
Flexibly set up and adjust process equipment as needed.
Conduct experiments and monitor process flow.
Organize calibrations and maintenance.
Prepare buffer solutions and pack chromatography columns.
Support and train less experienced staff.

Requirements

Laboratory training, Bachelor's degree, or comparable higher education in a relevant field.
Experience in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, or food industry is an advantage.
Experience in cleanroom class D is a plus.
Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Goal-oriented action.
Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel is beneficial.
