01Support the operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of automation systems across manufacturing and infrastructure facilities.
02Troubleshoot and optimize control systems, equipment, and technical processes.
03Collaborate closely with production, engineering, maintenance, logistics, and operational teams.
04Participate in automation projects, system upgrades, and process optimization initiatives.
05Ensure automation solutions comply with operational, safety, and quality standards.
06Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to successfully implement technical solutions.
07Assist in maintaining and improving plant performance through efficient automation and control strategies.
Requirements
↳2-3+ years of experience in Automation Engineering, Process Automation, OT Engineering, or a similar role.
↳Experience working in an operational or manufacturing environment supporting technical equipment and production systems.
↳Junior candidates are also encouraged to apply if they have completed a relevant apprenticeship and possess practical automation experience.
↳Fluent English is required.
↳German is a strong advantage.
↳Ideally, you bring experience in several of the following areas: Operational Technology (OT) SCADA systems Electrical & Instrumentation / E&IC Industrial control and automation systems Emerson DeltaV Siemens S7 / PCS7 / TIA Portal Process Control Systems (DCS/PCS) Industrial networks and plant automation infrastructure.
↳Experience in one of the following industries would be highly beneficial: Chemical Manufacturing Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Agrochemical Specialty Chemicals Industrial Manufacturing.
