The role
0301-Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards, recipes, and presentation guidelines.
02-Deliver exceptional, personalized service while creating a welcoming and professional bar experience for guests.
03-Maintain expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and premium beverage offerings to provide recommendations.
04-Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, organized, and prepared for service at all times.
05-Process guest orders accurately, handle payments, and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
06-Monitor responsible alcohol service and comply with all legal and hotel policies regarding alcohol consumption.
07-Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety in accordance with hotel regulations.
08-Collaborate closely with the restaurant and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
09-Monitor inventory levels, minimize waste, and report stock shortages or equipment issues.
10-Contribute to achieving departmental service, quality, and revenue objectives while maintaining the luxury standards of the hotel.
