The role
03Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established standards and recipes
- Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service to guests, students, staff, and visitors
- Ensure the bar and terrace are properly set up, clean, organized, and well-presented throughout operations
- Support the planning and execution of special events, receptions, and tasting sessions
- Assist restaurant operations when required to ensure seamless guest service
- Manage beverage and supply stock levels, report shortages or breakages, and contribute to inventory control activities
- Receive, check, and store deliveries in line with established procedures
- Support practical classes and training activities by assisting students and demonstrating professional hospitality standards
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient learning and working environment for students and colleagues
- Comply with all hygiene, health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations, and report any equipment maintenance issues
