**Bauleiter/in Facility Services (befristet auf 18 Monate)**
Zur Verstärkung unseres Bereichs Gebäude suchen wir eine selbstständige Persönlichkeit als **Bauleiter/in Facility Services**.
In dieser Funktion übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Bau-, Umbau- und Infrastrukturprojekten am Standort Bern. Sie stellen sicher, dass Projekte hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten, Terminen sowie GMP- und Sicherheitsanforderungen erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.
**Ihre Aufgaben**
* Leitung und Koordination von Bau- und Umbauprojekten
* Steuerung von Unternehmern, Planern und Dienstleistern
* Überwachung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität
* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GMP-, EHS- und Behördenanforderungen
* Durchführung von Baustellenkoordinationen und Abnahmen
* Erstellung von Projekt- und Statusberichten
**Ihr Profil**
* Technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung als Bauleiter/in, Techniker/in HF, Bauingenieur/in FH oder vergleichbar
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Bauleitung, Projektmanagement oder Instandhaltung
* Erfahrung im Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern und Behörden
* GMP-/Pharma-Erfahrung von Vorteil
* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten
* Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift
