Ihre Aufgaben:
Kalkulieren von GU-/TU- und Generalplaner-Offerten und deren Zusammenstellung
Mithilfe bei der Ausarbeitung von GU- und TU-Werkverträgen sowie Generalplanerverträgen
Erarbeitung von Grobkostenschätzungen, Kostenschätzungen sowie Kostenvoranschläge für Neu- und Umbauten
Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung in der Akquisitionsphase
Mithilfe in der Entwurfs- und Konzeptphase in Bezug auf die Wirtschaftlichkeit
Unterstützung der Projektleitung in der Ausschreibungs-, Vergabe-, Ausführungs- und Abschlussphase
Erfassen und Bewirtschaften von Kostenkennwerten
Responsibilities
Calculating GU/TU and general planner offers and compiling them
Assisting in the preparation of GU and TU work contracts as well as general planner contracts
Developing rough cost estimates, cost estimates, and cost proposals for new and renovation projects
Supporting management during the acquisition phase
Assisting in the design and concept phase regarding economic efficiency
Supporting project management in the tendering, awarding, execution, and completion phases
Recording and managing cost key figures
Requirements
Basic training as a construction draftsman with further education in architecture HTL/FH, construction management or as a building technician TS
Resilient, team-oriented, and responsible personality
Focused and solution-oriented mindset
Planning and quality understanding as well as calculation experience
Knowledge of SIA standards, laws, and regulations in construction
Good IT user skills
