The role
03
01Assess and document battery potential across enshift’s project pipeline.
02Carry out technical and commercial feasibility studies for BESS projects.
03Develop battery sizing, installation, grid-connection and operating concepts.
04Manage battery projects from initial assessment and offer preparation through contracting, technical planning, execution and commissioning.
05Define requirements and support the selection of BESS, EMS and medium-voltage station solutions.
06Coordinate customers, utilities, authorities, suppliers, installers and internal project teams.
07Establish repeatable processes and standards for developing and delivering battery projects.
Requirements
↳Technical university degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering or a related field.
↳Professional experience in renewable-energy, electrical-infrastructure or energy-storage projects.
↳Good understanding of electrical systems, grid connections and technical project delivery.
↳Experience with BESS, medium-voltage systems, EMS integration or project commissioning is an advantage.
↳Fluent German and English; French or Italian would be an advantage.
↳Structured and proactive personality with a strong sense of ownership.
↳Resilience and flexibility to succeed in a fast-growing, international environment.
