09Conduct research and prepare concise analyses, summaries, and recommendations.
10Contribute to the preparation of materials for executive discussions and decision-making.
11Coordinate interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
12Prepare briefing packages ahead of meetings and events.
13Support the organization of workshops, leadership meetings, and strategic events.
14Ensure timely follow-up on commitments and stakeholder requests.
15Support budget tracking, monitoring, and reporting activities.
16Assist with planning cycles, forecasting exercises, and operational reviews.
17Monitor key administrative and operational processes.
18Contribute to process improvements aimed at increasing team efficiency and effectiveness.
19Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
20Prepare mission briefings and travel documentation.
21Support logistics for conferences, workshops, and leadership engagements.
22Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and operational processes.
