Description

Tu habites en Suisse romande, tu développes le marché de la région et tu réalises les projets de manière autonome, de l’acquisition jusqu’à leur mise en service.

Responsibilities

Develop a client portfolio in the French-speaking region
Acquire new clients from property management, property owners, retail sector, and public communities
Analyze client needs and design tailored parking management solutions
Prepare offers and make presentations
Conduct contract negotiations until signing
Plan and implement sold projects
Coordinate installations (signage, parking meters, camera systems, etc.)
Ensure coordination with suppliers and technical partners
Guarantee compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality requirements
Ensure the transition to operational management

Requirements

Experience in sales and/or project management
Ideally in the real estate, construction, or technical environment
Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong results orientation
Hands-on mentality and structured working method
Excellent negotiation and contract conclusion skills, with strong persuasive power
Excellent command of French and German, both spoken and written, essential
