Define and lead KVI’s global Business Process Excellence strategy, enabling scalable growth, operational efficiency and process standardisation. Develop and lead the Business Process Excellence function and play a key leadership role in KVI’s enterprise transformation programme. Develop and govern the Group-wide Global Processes framework, including standards, policies, decision rights and compliance. Ensure Master Data Management harmonization and readiness for integrations and process sustainability. Own the global process landscape, process maturity concept, KPI framework, and continuous improvement roadmap to deliver measurable business value. Lead and develop the Global Process Owner network, ensuring alignment across functions, regions and business units. Drive end-to-end process optimisation, Lean process re-engineering and post-merger integration process harmonization across the organisation. Prioritise and govern process, data and applications initiatives, in alignment with business strategy.
