1. Logistique quotidienne : Réceptionner et contrôler les livraisons quotidiennes (vérification des bons de livraison, rangement des produits). Effectuer la vaisselle tout au long de la journée (vaisselle de service, tasses, assiettes…). Participer aux différentes mises en place quotidiennes (espaces café, salles de réunion, événements internes). Maintien de la propreté, de l’ordre et l’approvisionnement des espaces communs et de convivialité. 2. Communication et relation avec les collaborateurs : Traiter les demandes internes des collaborateurs (par email ou en présentiel), avec courtoisie, efficacité et réactivité. Répondre aux besoins spécifiques liés aux événements ou réunions (boissons, snacks, lunchs, matériel…). 3. Commandes et gestion de stocks : Suivre l’état des stocks et anticiper les réapprovisionnements. Signaler toute anomalie ou besoin technique à la hiérarchie.
