Votre mission

Dans vos missions en tant que Chef de groupe (H/F), il est attendu que vous fassiez preuve de leadership, de rigueur, de loyauté et d'exemplarité. Vous êtes capable de fédérer une équipe, de donner un cadre clair, de maintenir un haut niveau d'exigence opérationnelle et d'adapter votre communication selon les situations et les interlocuteurs.

Responsibilities

Supervise, coordinate and support the security team on a daily basis
Ensure strict compliance with instructions, internal procedures and specific client requirements
Ensure that instructions are known, understood, up-to-date and accessible to the entire team
Participate in the organization of the service, particularly in monitoring absences, holidays and operational needs
Contribute to the integration, field training and development of employees' skills
Ensure clear, regular and constructive communication with agents, hierarchy and client teams, as well as with emergency services and various partners on site
Ensure proper management of visitors, service providers, delivery personnel, badges, vehicle access and site flow
Organize, control and optimize patrols, opening, closing and perimeter checks of the area
Intervene or coordinate intervention in case of anomaly, alarm, suspicious presence or unusual situation
Produce, control and transmit clear, precise, factual and actionable reports
Report to the hierarchy any useful information for the proper functioning of the service, identify areas for improvement and contribute to the professionalization of the system
Ensure, if necessary, the interim of the direct hierarchical manager to guarantee operational continuity

Requirements

First experience in supervision, as Group Leader, Team Leader, operational referent or acting manager
Proven experience in private security (you can justify 4000 hours of experience in the field) certification required and mandatory
Excellent command of French, both oral and written
Good command of computer tools, alarm systems and modern technologies
Rigorous in writing, analytical mind and ability to prioritize
Impeccable professional posture, reliable and exemplary in all circumstances
Ability to manage unforeseen events calmly, coolly and with discernment
