Chef de Partie

At YOTEL, our mission is to challenge the status quo – it’s our DNA. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of hospitality. More specifically, responsibilities will include the following:

• Take charge of a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards at all times
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to prepare and present dishes to perfection
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation, following food safety regulations
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Contribute ideas for new menu items and improvements
