About the role The COO owns the operations end-to-end so that Aeon delivers an excellent, consistent customer experience at scale, across multiple countries, at a margin that works. All of this in a model where we do not own the delivery infrastructure. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has both run a tight operation and built new ones. You will be the person who makes delivery actually work: from the moment a customer books, through their check-up, to results delivery and clinical follow-up. And you will do it across geographies, through a partner network, while keeping unit economics healthy.
