**These are your tasks**
* Caring for and promoting groups of children
* Guiding apprentices
* Customer-oriented, open and trusting collaboration with parents
* Planning and implementing a varied daily routine, tailored to the individuality of the child
**You bring with you:**
* Completed basic training as a Childcare Specialist, completed studies as a social or childhood educator, or similar pedagogical training
* Professional and training experience with pronounced self-, professional and social competence
* Joy and patience in dealing with children
* Commitment, reliability, resilience and flexibility
* You like to contribute new ideas and enjoy creative activities such as
singing, dancing, storytelling-
