# **Chromeleon CDS Migration & Validation Specialist (f/m/d)** #

**Description of your role**
The Chromeleon CDS Migration & Validation Specialist is responsible for the translation, modification, maintenance, and verification of Chromeleon methods and report templates during the upgrade from Chromeleon 7.2.10 to 7.3.2.
**Your tasks**
**Method & Template Migration**
1. Translate existing Chromeleon objects from version 7.2.10 into 7.3.2
2. Assess legacy configurations and identify required adaptations
3. Ensure functional equivalence and data integrity
4. Execute controlled migration including testing
5. Support migration within the upgrade program
**Template Build & Maintenance**
1. Create, modify, and maintain Chromeleon templates
2. Ensure harmonization across laboratories
3. Maintain template libraries and documentation
4. Perform regular reviews for compliance and consistency
5. Optimize templates for usability and efficiency
**Validation & Documentation**
1. Support validation of templates and methods
2. Author and review validation documentation
3. Execute test cases and document results
4. Support deviation handling
**Change Control & Governance**
1. Process changes under formal change control
2. Perform impact and risk assessments
3. Ensure alignment with SOPs and governance
4. Support documentation updates
**Operational Support & SME Role**
1. Serve as SME for Chromeleon templates
2. Support troubleshooting
3. Collaborate with QA, IT, SMEs
4. Support training of end users
**Our requirements**
1. Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
2. Experience with Chromeleon CDS
3. Experience in method configuration and reporting
4. Experience in system migrations preferred
5. Exposure to CSV in GxP environments
6. Strong CDS and chromatography knowledge
7. Understanding of GxP and data integrity
8. Knowledge of change control
9. Ability to translate analytical workflows into system configurations
10. Analytical and problem-solving mindset
11. High attention to detail
12. Fluent in English
