Description

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with multiple departments across the bank and is ideally suited to a proactive, service-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to Relationship Managers in the management of client relationships.
Handle client requests and inquiries professionally, efficiently, and independently.
Prepare, maintain, and update client files and KYC documentation.
Coordinate account opening, maintenance, and closure processes in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Support periodic client reviews and ongoing due diligence processes.
Ensure accurate maintenance of client data across internal systems and applications.
Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up with clients when required.
Act as part of the first line of defense by identifying and escalating potential risks and compliance concerns.
Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Compliance, Operations, Payments, and Risk Management.
Participate in departmental initiatives, projects, and process improvement activities.

Requirements

Banking apprenticeship (EFZ), vocational baccalaureate, or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in banking is required, ideally within Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Client Coverage, or another client-facing banking environment.
Experience supporting Relationship Managers and handling client onboarding and KYC documentation is highly desirable.
Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory; additional languages are considered an asset.
Strong client service orientation and professional communication skills.
Good understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Valid Swiss work permit or authorization to work in Switzerland.
Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
