The role
03Your main tasks include:
- Support the development of compensation and benefits processes;
- Prepare and analyze compensation data, reports, and design dashboards;
- Lead in market benchmarking by collecting, validating, and comparing external salary and benefits data;
- Assist in the preparation of reward proposals, presentations, and management materials;
- Help ensure compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and applicable legal or regulatory standards;
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and other stakeholders on reward-related topics;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within reward processes and tools.

Requirements
↳Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
↳2-3 years of relevant experience in private or public markets preferred
↳Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
↳Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
↳Familiarity with Workday is strongly preferred
↳Good written and verbal communication skills in English, German a plus
↳Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
