The role
0301Lead and coordinate strategy-critical, group-wide initiatives and cross-functional projects that support the company's long-term objectives.
02Serve as a strategic sparring partner to Executive Management on strategic, tactical and organizational topics.
03Drive development, execution and continuous monitoring of the corporate strategy and business plans.
04Support M&A transactions, including strategic analysis, due diligence and integration planning.
05Prepare high-quality presentations and decision documents for Executive Management and the Board of Directors.
06Monitor market developments, competitive dynamics and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
07Collaborate closely with senior leaders across functions to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives and change programs.
08Track the progress and impact of strategic initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
↳3+ years’ experience in a management consulting firm is a must have.
↳Proven experience leading complex projects.
↳Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with excellent business and financial acumen.
↳Strong ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex topics and interdependencies.
↳Good stakeholder management and collaboration skills with senior leadership.
↳Experience in at least one of the following areas: corporate strategy, transformation or M&A.
↳Excellent communication and presentation skills at C-level.
