Your Responsibilities

Help develop and organize Salona’s Croatian Heritage Services
Coordinate personalized heritage and ancestral village experiences in Croatia
Research and build relationships with local partners, guides, translators, genealogists, and regional contacts
Assist with organizing family heritage visits and Croatia reconnection experiences
Help structure cultural, historical, and educational experiences for clients
Coordinate and help develop introductory Croatia-related courses and educational materials
Assist with developing Croatian culture, history, heritage, and beginner language learning initiatives for diaspora communities
Help create and organize workshops, webinars, or online educational content related to Croatia and Croatian heritage
Support the long-term development of this new area of the company together with management

Requirements

Strong interest in Croatian heritage, culture, history, and diaspora communities
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Fluent English and Croatian required
Portuguese and/or Spanish preferred
Comfortable working independently and building new initiatives from the ground up
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Creative, proactive, and culturally sensitive mindset
Experience in tourism, cultural organizations, education, genealogy, events, hospitality, or project coordination is a plus
Passion for creating meaningful and personalized experiences
