Identitas AG is the Swiss data specialist for healthy animals and safe food. The company, based in Bern, employs around 100 staff. From now or by arrangement, we are looking for a language-talented and customer-oriented personality as
Customer Support Employee Focused on Pets (Customer Contact Center) in D/F 70-80%
Your tasks
* Answering customer enquiries, orally by phone and in writing by email in German and French
* Receiving and processing complaints
* Recording and processing tickets in the system
* Support and collaboration within the team
* Prompt receipt and professional handling of incoming customer contacts regarding Amicus and Anis for animal traffic control and complaint handling
* Analysis, resolution, and documentation of user issues by phone and email
* Ensuring a high level of service quality
Possible additional tasks:
* Assisting in creating manuals and process handbooks
* Training new employees
* Translations and assistance with testing
Your qualifications
* Completed basic education or currently studying, career changers welcome
* Very good oral and written expression
* German and French skills (at least B2), Italian an advantage
* Cheerful, motivated personality with a strong service orientation and enthusiasm for demanding support tasks
* Enjoyment of daily contact with customers
* Independent working style, noticeable quality standards, and a high degree of personal responsibility
* Good MS Office skills
* Proven team player, good resilience, and flexibility in the work area
