The role

Monitor, measure, improve, and govern data quality across critical business domains, ensuring data is accurate, complete, consistent, timely, and fit for business purposes so that reliable, actionable business insights can be generated.
01Gather data quality requirements from the business, guiding proposals from idea through stage-gate approvals up to technical delivery.
02Define, monitor, and maintain data quality standards across enterprise data assets.
03Develop and implement data quality rules, controls, and validation processes.
04Perform root cause analysis of data quality issues and coordinate remediation activities.
05Analyse data quality impacts on operational and reporting processes, and identify data quality testing needs for new business initiatives.
06Support implementation of the enterprise Data Governance Framework and contribute to business glossary, data dictionary, and metadata management.
07Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and KPI reporting.
08Support data cleansing and enrichment, Master Data Management (MDM), and data migration projects.
09Recommend improvements to business processes impacting data quality and support data quality governance forums and working groups.
10Support compliance with internal data policies, data retention and lifecycle management, and audit activities relating to data governance and quality controls.
Requirements
↳3-5 years of experience in Data Quality, Master Data Management, and Data Governance within a large multinational enterprise environment.
↳Experience working within large, multinational enterprise environments.
↳Fluent in English, both oral and written (for technical and non-technical stakeholders); any additional European language is an advantage.
↳PC skills: advanced proficiency in SQL; hands-on experience with Data Quality and Data Governance tools; design of data quality rules, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
↳Bachelor-s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a comparable discipline.
↳Strong analytical and data auditing skills to verify data integrity, understand discrepancies, and resolve them effectively.
↳Strong understanding of database and data model concepts, with the ability to translate business processes into data quality requirements.
↳Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
↳Ability to build collaborative working relationships between the IT department and the broader business.
