02Develop and execute regional HEOR strategy aligned with commercial, medical, and market access priorities.
03Define evidence plans, identify gaps, and drive integrated evidence generation (incl. RWE, database analyses, literature reviews).
04Lead development of HEOR models, value dossiers, and communication tools supporting differentiated value propositions.
05Apply insights on customer segments, reimbursement pathways, and regional value drivers to inform strategy.
06Support market-shaping initiatives and field-based HEOR activities (KOL engagement, insight generation).
07Monitor industry trends and HTA developments and guide regional response.
08Integration of HEOR into New Product Development
09Support and drive integration of HEOR into new product development activities.
10Embed HEOR into new product development, clinical programs, and lifecycle planning.
11Ensure alignment of regional value narratives with global evidence and launch strategies.
12Cross-Functional Collaboration & Access Support
13Partner with reimbursement, regulatory, safety, marketing, and market access teams.
14Monitor HTA activity, reimbursement and legislative trends, and support market access submissions.
15Functional Leadership and Capability Building
16Demonstrate HEOR business impact in collaboration with commercial and marketing teams.
17Build regional capability in evidence-based engagement and value communication.
18Lead development of the HEOR function and standardize best practices.
19Manage resources and external partnerships.
20Represent BD externally (e.g., ISPOR, MedTech Europe).
