As a key leader within the Medical Affairs team, this role provides broad medical leadership across governance, product safety, clinical operations and medical operations including: Lead medical governance and ensure strong standards across the region Oversee product safety activities in partnership with relevant internal teams Support pre- and post-market clinical operations across the portfolio Drive effective medical operations to enable business priorities and patient outcomes The position supports Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery across EMEA, including Ethicon business units and Mentor. The successful candidate will work across a dynamic portfolio with an active pipeline of new products and line extensions, partnering closely with regional and cross-functional teams to advance medical strategy and support business growth.
