↳Proven experience in writing and editing technical documentation for end users
↳Previous leadership, team coordination, or project management experience
↳Ability to understand complex software, hardware, and engineering specifications
↳Excellent writing, editing, and information-structuring skills
↳Native-level English with the ability to write in US English
↳German language skills or willingness to learn German
↳Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
↳Confident communicator with a collaborative and solution-oriented working style
↳Experience with XML-based content management systems, ideally ST4
↳Knowledge of FrameMaker, InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat
↳Background in medical technology, life sciences, engineering, or another high-tech environment is an advantage
↳Graphic or information-visualization skills are a plus
