Define hardware architectures, select components, and design electronic systems for embedded products. Create schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer (preferred) or comparable EDA tools such as OrCAD or PADS/Xpedition. Drive product development from concept and prototyping through verification, validation, and production transfer. Develop, test, debug, and optimize hardware for microcontroller-based embedded systems. Execute and document engineering tests, analyze results, and implement design improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product and system requirements into robust hardware solutions. Support design verification, risk management activities, and compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards.
