Your area of responsibility

50% Executive Assistance

• Independent management of the CEO's calendar as well as coordination and prioritisation of appointments with customers, business partners and internal stakeholders
• Preparation, organisation and follow-up of executive and management meetings including scheduling, minute-taking and tracking of action items
• Creation of presentations, reports, statistics and management documents in German and English
• Planning and organisation of meetings, offsites and client events

50% Special Tasks & Business Support

• Coordination and distribution of press releases and company information
• Support and collaboration in marketing activities, campaigns as well as internal and external corporate communications in close cooperation with marketing
• Maintenance and ongoing updating of the corporate website and other digital communication channels
• Optimisation and further development of administrative processes, documentation and internal workflows
• Independent assumption and implementation of special projects on behalf of the CEO, in close cooperation with internal departments
