Für unsere Kunden – führende Spitäler, Pflegeeinrichtungen und Spitex-Dienste – suchen wir qualifizierte und engagierte Fachpersonen Gesundheit EFZ (m/w/d), die mit Fachkompetenz, Empathie und Verantwortungsbewusstsein eine hochwertige Pflege sicherstellen.

Responsibilities

Care and support of patients in inpatient and outpatient facilities
Support of qualified nursing staff in diagnostic and therapeutic measures
Perform medical tasks such as vital sign monitoring, wound care, blood sugar measurement, and medication administration
Promote patient independence through targeted activation and rehabilitation measures
Communication with relatives, interdisciplinary teams, and doctors to ensure optimal care
Documentation of care processes and participation in quality assurance

Requirements

Completed training as a qualified health professional EFZ
Experience in inpatient or outpatient care is an advantage
High social competence, empathy, and joy in working with people
Structured and independent working style as well as teamwork skills
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
