Description
Deine Aufgaben:
Du übernimmst die fachgerechte Pflege und Betreuung von Patienten in verschiedenen Pflegeeinrichtungen.
Du führst medizinische Maßnahmen wie Wundversorgung, Medikamentenvergabe und Vitalzeichenkontrolle durch.
Du arbeitest eng mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und Angehörigen zusammen, um eine ganzheitliche Betreuung sicherzustellen.
Du dokumentierst die Pflegeprozesse und sorgst für die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards.
Responsibilities
You take over the professional care and support of patients in various care facilities.
You carry out medical measures such as wound care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
You work closely with doctors, therapists, and relatives to ensure holistic care.
You document the care processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements
Completed training as a health professional EFZ
Empathy, teamwork, and sense of responsibility
Very good German language skills
