As our Founder's Associate, you'll work closely with the founders and the management team on a wide range of what the company does, from commercial- and product-related topics, to internal processes and everything in between.
You will sit close to where decisions get made, bring your own thinking to them, and take real ownership of the work that follows. At our size that adds up to a lot - most of what you touch will be visible to the whole company within weeks, days, or even hours.
Tasks
- Sales support: You support the commercial team across the whole sales process and help keep a pipeline of qualified, interested leads moving.
- Pitches and presentations: You build convincing pitch decks, proposals and sales materials for clients and for internal use.
- Product demos: You present our solutions to clients and show what they actually do for them.
- Demand generation: You help shape how we reach new clients - campaigns, events, discovery meetings - working with our team and our external partners.
- Analysis and business cases: You put numbers behind commercial decisions and turn data into something the team can act on.
- Internal business development: You get involved in how the company runs, improve processes and take out the manual work that eats people's time.
- AI and automation: You use AI tools to make established processes faster, and help the rest of the team get as comfortable with them as you are.
- CRM: You keep our CRM genuinely useful (accurate, current, and actually used).
- And whatever else comes up: At our size, priorities move. Some of the most interesting work you do will be things nobody planned for at the start.
