Description

We're hiring our founding AI Deployment Strategist. You own each leader's deployment and outcomes end to end, from the first Accelerator through the long-term partnership that follows, and you are the first capability we replicate as the venture scales.

Responsibilities

Partner 1:1 with senior leaders to frame their P&L context and objectives.
Turn the Accelerator into a 90-day plan they own and ship.
Map use cases across sales, product, marketing, and operations.
Build and run the AI tooling and agent setups that support each leader.
Author the deployment playbook.

Requirements

A minimum of four years in progressive, high-impact roles.
At least two years focused on applied AI.
Real outcomes from deploying AI inside an operating business.
A track record of owning measurable business results.
Hands-on, daily fluency with modern AI tools and agents.
The executive presence to work with C-suite and P&L owners.
A degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
