The role
You will be our first marketing hire, and you will own marketing. There is no playbook to inherit and no team to delegate to on day one. You will work side by side with our CEO and founder and with the sales team, from our offices in Chiasso, and your job is to build the machine that grows our pipeline, our brand, and ultimately our revenue. This is an operator role, not a strategy-only role. You will write the copy, ship the campaign, run the event, look at the data, and decide what to do next.
