What you will do:
· Lead the global HR Services procurement category with full accountability for ~200 MCHF spend, driving value, innovation, and cost optimization
· Develop and execute global category strategies based on market insights, demand forecasting, and business priorities
· Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders (HR leadership, digital, legal, finance) to shape sourcing decisions and strategies
· Drive supplier selection, negotiation, and relationship management to ensure performance, innovation, and continuity
· Lead cross-functional, international project teams to deliver transformation initiatives (automation, standardization, digitalization)
· Establish KPI frameworks and performance dashboards to continuously improve quality, service, and total cost of ownership
· Champion change management and procurement excellence across global processes and systems
What we are looking for:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CIPS) are a plus
· Proven experience in global category management within HR or professional services in complex, international environments
· Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization
· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders globally
· Solid understanding of supply markets, cost drivers, and emerging technologies within HR services
· Experience in transformation, process optimization, and change management initiatives
· Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
