How you’ll make an impact as a Global Marketing & Innovation Lead Oncology • Contributing to the global oncology strategy by turning patient, healthcare professional and competitor insights into clear growth priorities. • Building a differentiated innovation pipeline by identifying unmet needs, white spaces and opportunities across the oncology care journey. • Translating clinical papers, scientific abstracts, care environment insights and market data into meaningful product positioning and launch opportunities. • Partnering across functions and markets to connect the needs of patients, doctors, dietitians and business stakeholders with solutions that create value. • Developing compelling global marketing campaigns, communication tools and launch materials that support healthcare professional engagement. • Strengthening execution in zones and key markets by sharing best practices, building trusted partnerships and turning complex insights into action.
