0301End-to-end responsibility for project management across all development phases (Core, Lifecycle, Technical Development), aligned with the overall Device Team plan
02Application of best-in-class project management methodologies and tools for planning, communication, risk/issue management, collaboration, and budget tracking
03Development, maintenance, and optimization of project plans (e.g., Design & Development Plan), including contingency planning
04Ensuring transparent, structured communication across stakeholders and timely escalation of critical issues
05Management of project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and dependencies
06Proactive identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks and issues, including implementation of corrective actions
07Fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment through active team-building and cross-functional engagement
08Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration
09Planning and facilitation of efficient meetings, along with responsibility for resource forecasting, budget monitoring, and cost control
10Ensuring governance compliance, structured knowledge management, and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and best practices based on lessons learned
