### Whether parking fines or traffic offences - the Order Fines Centre ensures the prompt and proper handling of the order fines process. ###
Your tasks
* Lead a team of 10 employees in the Order Fines Centre group
* Ensure the processing of order fines and manage amounts to be collected or collected in compliance with legislation and within deadlines
* Act as the contact person for internal and external offices and citizens regarding technical enquiries
* Independently handle demanding technical tasks and respond to complex questions
* Collaborate on projects and actively participate in improving processes and organisation
* Provide support to senior services in technical, organisational and strategic tasks
Your profile
* Basic or further training as a commercial employee, strong affinity with IT and interest in legal matters
* Practical experience in police services is an advantage, ideally as a generalist
* Motivation, authenticity and strong leadership qualities with excellent social skills
* Autonomy, solution orientation and clear, considerate communication
* Ability to assert oneself depending on the situation and openness to change
* Very good written and spoken German skills; knowledge of French is an advantage
