Your role: We are a global, fast-growing team of 150+ employees across 9 countries. We are seeking a pragmatically minded leader to head our global People function. Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Leadership Committee, you will manage a small, agile and growing team of at the moment 2 specialists. This role offers a unique balance: you will have a seat at the decision-making table to shape our overarching strategy, paired with the direct authority and responsibility to execute day-to-day operations.
