Your Role:We are looking for Global Head of Supply Chain Planning Business Process Owner to lead the design, build and deployment of a new Life Science ERP process & system template. This role will be positioned with a strong link to our senior business and IT leadership to ensure process design ambitions are business-driven and value-focused. This role can be placed in Buchs, Switzerland or Darmstadt, Germany. The person in charge is tasked with leading a team focused on continuous improvement and innovation within the ERP framework. This role requires managing a team in order to make key decisions that significantly modify and improve development of our ERP template for a highly complex business area, ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives and global operational imperatives. The position requires engaging with senior leadership to secure support and buy-in for key initiatives and process changes. The role emphasizes the need for deep expertise in change management and a mastery in aligning substantial business changes with long-term organizational goals. Key Responsibilities include:Accountable for the strategic design, deployment, and enhancements for ERP-related supply chain planning solutionsIntegrates and aligns with other global and local teams and stakeholders in a matrix organization to promote seamless operational coherence across global platformsDrives transformative initiatives and decisions that align supply chain planning ERP processes with new global strategic objectivesEngages with senior leadership to communicate and secure buy-in for major supply chain process changes and initiatives Who You Are:You are a senior leader with experience working with complex business processes with expertise and in-depth knowledge in supply chain planning strategy, inventory management, and global logistics operations and the Life Sciences industry. You have experience evaluating operational risk and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize business disruption. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor-s degree and 10+ years with strong track of records to deliver complex ERP-related supply chain planning transformations through both direct and indirect authority.Pragmatism and strong business acumen to understand and solve business challenges with processes and technologies. Previous hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, ePPDS, and aATP to design and optimize global supply chain planning, intercompany, production planning & scheduling, and fulfillment processesAn ability to lead teams of expertsPreferred Qualifications:Master degree preferred.Experience in a leadership role working across multiple business units or functionsProficient in analyzing highly complex business processes in supply chain planning strategy, network and demand planning, vendor management, and inventory control and effectively simplifying them into clear, actionable insightsExperience leading an organization through an ERP transformation or acquisition integrationProven ability to steer and motivate a solution-oriented senior management team; excels in fostering a culture of innovation and accountabilityMastery in managing strategic business initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with long-term business goals within supply chain operationsDeep expertise in change management essential for driving significant transformations within large, complex organizationsExcellent strategic decision-making skills, with a proven track record of implementing complex projects successfully and achieving substantial business outcomes What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
