MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE House Parents are at the heart of our boarding community, combining warmth, flexibility, and initiative to foster a nurturing and inspiring environment. They are mentors, role models, and leaders who ensure students feel secure and supported while embracing opportunities for personal growth. This dynamic role requires a proactive and positive approach, as House Parents lead by example—whether through participating in activities, encouraging students to discover their passions, or helping manage day-to-day operations of the boarding house. By setting the standard in enthusiasm and resilience, House Parents inspire students to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
