Description
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documentation.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions.
Assist with payroll-related administration and coordination with external providers.
Monitor absences, vacations, and other employee-related records.
Ensure compliance with Swiss labour law and internal HR policies.
Support ongoing HR projects and reporting activities as required.
Responsibilities
Support HR administration and Employee lifecycle processes
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team

Requirements
Previous experience in an HR Assistant, HR Administrator, or similar role
Good working knowledge of Swiss labour law and HR administration practices
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with HRIS systems is desirable
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Available to start immediately or at short notice
