Responsabilités
Partner with business leaders to understand organizational priorities and provide HR guidance aligned with business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers on all people-related matters.
Support workforce planning discussions and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership, team effectiveness, and employee development.
Analyze HR trends and people metrics to support informed business decisions.
Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
Support the resolution of workplace issues and complex employee situations.
Provide guidance on disciplinary processes, performance concerns, and employee grievances while ensuring compliance with local labor legislation.
Promote a positive employee experience and strong employee engagement across the countries within scope.
Support talent review and succession planning processes.
Partner with leaders to identify development opportunities for employees and high-potential talent.
Facilitate career development discussions and talent planning initiatives.
Promote learning and development programs that support business and individual growth.
Guide managers through the performance management cycle.
Support goal-setting, performance reviews, development planning, and performance improvement discussions.
Ensure consistency and fairness in performance management practices across the organization.
Participate in regional and global HR projects and initiatives.
Support the implementation of HR programs across the countries within scope.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise and business stakeholders on various people initiatives.
Contribute to process improvement and the enhancement of employee experience.
Actively participate in cross-functional projects led from the Geneva office.
Exigences
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of HR Business Partner experience within an international environment.
Understanding of Swiss employment law.
Proven experience managing employee relations and performance management matters.
Experience working in complex, matrixed, and multicultural organizations.
Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
