As a HR Business Partner, you will take full ownership of the employee lifecycle across multiple locations (CH, Germany, UK, NL, US). You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, partnering closely with the business to drive performance, engagement, and sustainable growth. You will collaborate with the CHRO and the HR team, but you will also independently lead initiatives, challenge the status quo, and bring new ideas to the table. This role is both strategic and hands-on. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
