Company Events Regular events such as summer or winter parties strengthen team spirit and are fun ?- Parking Discounted employee parking spaces are available directly at the location Your area of responsibility * Strategic and operational HR support for the 7 assigned locations in Northern and Eastern Switzerland as well as sparring partner for managers and employees on all personnel-related topics * Consulting and accompanying managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including performance management * Proactive support of managers in labour law, organisational, and leadership-related issues * Accompanying change processes as well as participating in group-wide and local HR projects, e.g. culture, values, engagement, and employer attractiveness * Advising departments in the recruiting process and ensuring a professional candidate experience * Supporting and coaching managers on topics such as employee discussions, conflicts, absence management, and team development * Ensuring correct implementation of HR processes and policies in collaboration with the HR services team * Close cooperation with HR service, payroll, and talent acquisition partners * Identifying HR needs and deriving appropriate measures to support and further develop the organisation Your profile * Completed commercial basic training and further education in HR at specialist level or a degree in business, work psychology, or a comparable field * Several years of professional experience in HR support * Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with an HRM system (Abacus) * Independent, service-oriented, and precise working style * Enjoyment in contact with people, high discretion, and teamwork skills * Confident German as well as good knowledge of French and/or English.
