This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and transformation, ensuring that key initiatives across People, Culture, and Communications are effectively designed, executed, and delivered. You will act as a strategic partner and program leader, translating priorities into structured programs, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring strong governance, reporting, and follow-through. A key focus of the role will be supporting the development of a modern, data-informed, and business-oriented People & Communications function, helping shape how the function operates, delivers value, and partners with the business. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on project execution and enjoys working in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment.
