* 22 August 2026 * 100% * Permanent position * Sursee **Your Role** * * You provide communication facilities as well as hardware, software and network components, install, maintain and replace them on site at the customer * * You support users in daily operations, instruct them and take care of repairs or replacement of defective devices * * You analyse, locate and resolve hardware and software faults on client, server and retail systems * * You carry out repairs on servers, peripherals and client devices, install and replace PCs and ensure smooth rollouts at customers * * You plan and implement expansions and workplace relocations including physical moves, as well as IMAC services for our customer * * You participate in the on-call organisation * * You document all activities in the IT service management tool and support moves and site changes * **What you bring** * * Completed training in the IT field or comparable training with MCDST or PC/LAN support further training or career changer with very good IT knowledge * * Several years of professional experience in this role is an advantage * * Quick comprehension and structured, solution-oriented working method * * High communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact on site * * ITIL certification is an advantage * * Very good German skills, French or Italian skills are an advantage * * Driving licence category B is mandatory for on-site customer assignments * **What we offer you** ?
