**How you make a difference**
* You strengthen information security in your area of responsibility and contribute to its ongoing development.
* You work with specialist units to identify and analyse security risks and develop pragmatic solutions for risk reduction.
* You present security requirements, risks and decision-making principles in a way that is understandable and appropriate to the target audience.
* As a capable point of contact, you advise stakeholders on information security issues and support the implementation of security requirements.
* You reconcile different interests and develop viable solutions.
* You work closely with different stakeholders on projects and initiatives, and introduce security issues early on.
* You organize targeted awareness and empowerment activities to strengthen security awareness and firmly establish information security within the organization in the long term.
**What you have to offer**
* You have a university degree in IT, information security or a comparable qualification.
* You have already gained professional experience in cybersecurity, risk management or governance.
* You are highly familiar with information security standards, methods and governance processes.
* Thanks to your strong communication and consulting skills, you convey complex issues clearly and in a way that is appropriate to the target audience.
* Even when faced with diverging interests and challenges, you impress others with pragmatic solutions and your confident manner.
* You enjoy working with various stakeholders and are at ease in a dynamic matrix environment.
* You have an excellent command of German and proficiency in a second national language as well as English.
You have the option of working remotely, but are required to be present in Bern for 1-2 days a week.
